 All new IV therapy clients must complete the intake form & review the IV Education link located on our IV Therapy  page. For any group IV parties, please call to discuss.

All other nursing service clients please use the concierge intake form to connect with us or call/email if you're not sure. 

Our nurses will review your submitted form in it's entirety & call you within 24 hrs. Make sure to let us know the best way to reach you on your intake form!

Once all necessary information is received & reviewed, an RN will call or text to book your appointment regardless of the type of service you are needing.  We will meet you wherever you request as long as it is in a reasonable location & within a 70 mile radius of Kalispell. At your first visit, you will need to complete the required forms if you have not done so already online prior to appointment.

We will gladly accept all major credit/debit cards & cash at time of visit. We also accept FSA/HSA for IV Therapy & some nursing services.

•  For IV therapy clients: Payment is due in full at or before appointment time. It is recommended you call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

• For concierge clients:  Payment is due no later than by date of your appointment or as  discussed  with the nurse at GND. Due to the fact that we are a  'concierge' nursing service and care is based on individual needs, charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Our pricing is listed on our Services & should be used as an estimate only.  Most clients pay less based on care needed or received.  Inquire about invoicing for longer term care clients or ask about hourly packages we offer in 10-hr increments. A $150 charge will be applied if intake requires an RN consultation visit for assessment & care planning purposes & will be required for potential clients seeking longer term care management. Other payment options will be discussed during initial phone call with RN. Please understand that we are flexible & everyone's care is important to us regardless of income level.
